Are your products authentic Palestinian?

Yes. Every product is sourced from Palestinian farmers and producers and made using traditional methods.

How should I store my order?

Keep oils and jarred preserves in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate pickles and preserves and use within a few weeks. Dry goods like freekeh and maftoul keep best in a sealed container.
