Our Story

Zuwadati (زوّادتي) means ‘my provisions’ — the food we carry with us, and the love we carry it with. We were born from a simple belief: that the flavours of Palestine deserve to reach tables around the world, exactly as they have always been.

From the terraced olive groves of the hills to the pickling jars on every grandmother’s shelf, our products are rooted in generations of Palestinian craft. We work directly with small farmers and family producers who still harvest, sun-dry, roll, and jar by hand.

Every bottle of olive oil, every handful of freekeh, and every jar of makdous carries a piece of home — zuwada for the journey, wherever you are.
